Young Schema Questionnaire - Revised
This questionnaire measures 18 Early Maladaptive Schemas - deep patterns formed in childhood that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Please answer based on how you emotionally feel, not what you think should be true.
Analysis of Core Psychological Themes
Schemas are deeply held beliefs about yourself, others, and the world that typically develop in childhood. They become self-perpetuating because we tend to interpret experiences in ways that confirm them.
Scores of 4.0 or higher (shown with the red threshold line) indicate schemas that may be clinically significant and actively influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
This is not a diagnosis. Results should be discussed with a qualified therapist who can help you understand how these patterns may be affecting your life.
