When Nothing Suits Your Schedule
Wednesday and Thursday sessions book out. Join the waitlist and I'll text you the moment a time frees up — accept it with one tap, or pass and keep your place.
The waitlist is the fastest way into a session when the calendar is full. It's automatic, fair, and entirely on your terms: you'll only ever hear from it when a real appointment time is available, and you can leave it any time.
Tell me who you are and when you're available. We text a 6-digit code to your mobile to confirm it's really yours — so offers can never go to a wrong number.
When a session time becomes available — a cancellation, or an unfilled time if you've opted into those — you get a text from AMPsych with a secure link.
The link shows the exact day and time, and how long it's held for you. Take it, or pass and stay on the list — passing never costs you your place.
Existing clients are usually booked automatically the moment they accept, with a confirmation text straight away. Otherwise, accepting holds the time while you book it yourself on the booking page — new clients get intake forms as part of booking. If a held time is never booked, it's released to the next person and you keep your place on the list.
The waitlist is not for urgent help. It isn't monitored around the clock. If you need immediate support, call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14, or see your GP urgently.
Two minutes now — a text the moment a time opens up.

Thanks for joining the waitlist. I'll send you a text when a suitable appointment slot opens up.
No. The only texts the waitlist sends are real appointment offers and their confirmations. No newsletters, no reminders to "stay engaged", nothing else — and one tap opts you out for good.
Only the practice. Your name, number and any note you leave stay private to Angus and are used solely to run the waitlist, handled per the Privacy Policy.
